Our outpatient rehab facility offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language pathology and is located on the campus of Stephens County Hospital. Once referred by your physician, Southern Rehab Services will begin treatment in a warm, friendly environment. We realize that the rehabilitation process is aided by words of encouragement and pats on the back. Inpatient services are also provided by Southern Rehab Services making the transition to outpatient treatment less difficult.
